|  | Booking requests are made by form that is placed for every accommodation. This requests are instantly forwarded to the according owner such as the answer of the owner to the sender. Requests can not be made by phone. |
| How do I have to pay the accommodation? |
| | You pay the price that was specified in the description or that was offered by the host directly to the owner. |
| How can I find an accommodation in X? |
| | In the general lists "German offers" and "International offers" you find selection lists with the regarding cities, states and regions or countries in alphabetical order. The offers in the lists you find here are sorted by the ZIPs. If a German city can't be found in the list, you might find in the page for the state. If you can't find the city anyway we currently got no offer for this city. This might have changed tomorrow because we get new offers daily. |
| How can I ask a question about an accommodation? |
| | Please use the form for booking requests of the accommodation and type your question in the field for comments. Please keep in mind that its not allowed to place contact information in this field. |
| I wait for an answer from the host for a long time... |
| | We are not able to assure a time for the answer of a request because the owner of the according accommodation has to answer it and in case of a private host there is no permanent reception. To make sure your request has not been overlooked you got the option to send a reminder to the host. Please open the booking form as described in the notification you got by email. In case of a not answered request you'll find here the option "Remind host". Please choose it and send the form. If you still don't get an answer please look for an alternative accommodation of another owner. For short dated bookings please a priori send several requests if possible. |

| How can I make a binding reservation? |
| | When the owner reported his accommodation as available, you can firmly book the accommodation by form. The contact data of the owner will be sent to your email address instantly so you can contact your host personally at once. Please open the booking form as described in the answer, choose the option "Book this accommodation bindingly now" and send the form. |
| How can I cancel a request or booking? |
| | While you haven't sent a binding booking, you can cancel your request in the booking form anytime. Please open the booking form as described in the note of receipt or the answer, choose the option "Cancel booking" and send the form. If you have already sent a binding booking, please first inform your host. His contact data you can always request in the booking form. |
