| | You just need access to the internet and an email-address that is scanned by you regularly. |
| Details of the process |
| | In the personal area that will be created for you, you can easily and comfortable control and answer your bookings. You will get an additonal message by email about any action that is done there. A booking request you will answer by a formular in which you can send an offer when you are free or discard it when you don't want to accept the booking. The prospect is informed about it by email immediately. When he confirms his booking after your positive answer you will get his address data at once and he will get yours. With the sending of the address-data the process is registered as succesfull booking with the given data.
Further details you can personally discuss in the direct contact with your guest. The charging also will be done by you directly so you have any freedom to ask for a prepayment or anything else that you are used to do. |
| Payment of commissions |
| | The commissions of 10% of the booking amount will be charged by us seperatly every one or two month after the departure date of the relating bookings. If there are any changes please let us know within 48 hours after the date. All reported changes will naturally be considered in your bill. |
