The property is located between nature reserve and recreation area Altwarmbüchener Laher meadows lake in a residential area with high recreational value. Nevertheless, it is only a few meters on the feeder road to the trade fair expressway (15 min drive to the fair) and within walking distance to the S-bahn station, which takes visitors 20 minutes into the city center.
