The bedroom is situatet in the 2. floor of a family
home. There is a bathroom only for guest. Nobody else is living in this floor! Towels incl.!
For some extra comfort there is a fridge, coffee/teamaker,
cups and spoons at the room. Also we have WLAN - no extra
charge!
Breakfast (wide range) will be served in the living
room or - if you want and the wether is fine - out-
side on the terrassse.
Equipment: You can enter the balkony from this room. Outside there are a table, chairs, sun-umbrella.
Extras: For groups or families there is another bedroom
for 2 persons.
The house is situatet in a calm little street suroundet with trees and gardens. The small town has
8000 inhabitents. You will find there every thing you need. Munich and the new exhebition area is easy
to reach (S-Bahn or by car only 40 minutes).

For guests who arrive by air we can make an arrangment
to pick them up and bring them back to the airport.
