The apartment has got a very tasteful and comfortable bedroom, decorated in warm colors, with fine plaster walls and wooden floors.

In addition to a comfortable box bed (180cm x 200cm), wardrobe and dresser there is also a dining opportunity.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen has got a fridge, stove, oven, Senseo, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking and for self-catering.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Internet, TV, music system with connections for MP3 players and USB sticks, books and games, as well as iron and ironing board and a parking space for bicycles are naturally available.

Bed linen and towels are also included.

Your beautiful and modern apartment is located in a small side street right on Aegidientorplatz with eponymous metro station. It is centrally located in the heart of Hanover, but wonderfully quiet.

In just a few minutes walk you can reach several museums, such as Sprengel Museum, Regional or Kestner Museum, City Hall and Maschpark, Maschsee, Georg Straße and pedestrian zone, theatre, opera, the old town and much more. To the Central station it is just two stops on the subway. There are also a direct connections to the exhibition (14 minutes), the Herrenhäuser Gärten and the Medical University (MHH). Cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops are located nearby.

At the Aegientorplatz you turn right into the Hildesheimer Straße, right again into Aegidiendamm and straight on to the Lemförder Straße
